Health & fitnessAt LIFECENTER Health & Fitness Club we see your well being as a lifelong journey. Our new Well being and Health Club will cater to the distinctive wants of lively adults (50 and older) to encourage lifelong well being and wellness. Membership is open to all residents of Touchmark and the higher community. Members will enjoy a wide range of actions and courses that can positively affect age-associated situations, akin to arthritis, most cancers, heart illness, stroke, osteoporosis, diabetes, hypertension, and melancholy.

Vinyasa Yoga is a sequence of yoga postures sequenced together in a flowing method. Attention is focused on linking the breath to the body’s actions. This class is acceptable for college kids who’re comfy with a reasonable degree of exercise. It is not recommended for starting exercisers or people with accidents. Be a part of the newest fitness craze! Match-row classes are 30 minutes in size and work your complete physique; legs, core, arms and back. Rotations of rowing and circuits make up this low impact class. This class is restricted to 9 rowers and runs for a 6-week session. Additional charges apply: $60 for members, $seventy two for non-members. Morning and evening classes supplied.
