Health & fitnessAt LIFECENTER Well being & Fitness Club we see your well being as a lifelong journey. Vinyasa Yoga is a sequence of yoga postures sequenced together in a flowing manner. Attention is targeted on linking the breath to the body’s movements. This class is appropriate for college kids who are comfortable with a moderate degree of exercise. It isn’t recommended for beginning exercisers or people with accidents. Lessons can be supplied on Wednesdays at 5:30p. Please test calendar @ TWC for dates. Class size is restricted to 10 people.
